"Not Happy with the Quality of the Cups"
I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality of these cups. The website claimed they were from 'Planit Engineering,' a brand I’ve ordered from before. But the ones I got aren’t from them at all; they’re made of some flimsy, cheap plastic that my parrots can gnaw through in just a few days.

"Smooth transaction but sizing issues..."
The whole buying process was smooth and the delivery was fast, but unfortunately, the product didn’t have the right sizing info. I got an opti-visor for my chihuahua since she had eye surgery and will have some vision problems going forward. I thought it’d be a great way to shield her eyes from bumps, but even after checking the sizing guidelines, it just doesn’t fit her. Since I assembled it (naturally, to check the fit), I believe it can’t be returned.

I recently got some stress-relief vitamins for my cockatiel ahead of an upcoming move to travel. I tried the drops on him, and he appeared way calmer than normal, so I reckon this product will be super helpful for the long flight across the country. It took a few attempts just to locate the drops, but ArcataPet.com had precisely what I was looking for. I'm really pleased with my buy and would suggest this to anyone in a similar situation.
